3. If the vehicle is drive-able bring it over to SSR Autobody, we have two locations in Orange County, CA (Irvine & Orange).

4. If the vehicle is not driveable, don't worry we can get a tow truck out your way.

5. Once the vehicle is with us we will perform an initial inspection and you will notify your insurance company that the vehicle has been dropped off at "SSR Autobody" (1712 Langley Ave Irvine, CA or 570 W Freedom Orange, CA).

6. Within 2-3 business days your insurance company will send out an adjuster to take a look at the vehicle for damages and approve the repairs. Generally, with the insurance's proper cooperation, we are able to turn around most collision repairs within 2-3 weeks.
